I ordered a custom case form indivisual a few months ago and was already very satisfied with the product. To my surprise, it had a small crack in the camera border and within a few weeks from my initial customer service ticket, i received a brand new case in compliance with the 180 day warranty. Safe to say I am definitely recommending this service to my friends in search of a new phone case
