At iNDiViSUAL, we are committed to delivering your custom creations as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Since our products (such as customized phone cases) are made-to-order, please allow 1-5 business days for production and quality inspection before your order is shipped.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates We offer international shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10-20 business days.

  • Canada: 10-20 business days.

  • International: 10-25 business days depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or seasonal peaks.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your package through our website or the carrier’s official tracking portal.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • We are responsible for ensuring your package is handed over to the carrier and leaves our facility.

  • iNDiViSUAL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • iNDiViSUAL is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
